The Mortgage Lender and Broker Examination Manual is a guide to assist North Carolina Office of Commissioner of Banks Mortgage Examiners.  The manual is subject to change based on changes in examination techniques, mortgage lender and broker statutes and rules, and applicable chages to federal regulations.  The manual can also be used by the mortgage lender and broker industry as a guideline for compliance.
