License Changes and Updates


Mortgage lenders/brokers may make license changes and updates via the internet at https://www.NCCOB.ORG/Online/MLS. The following information can be changed through the NCCOB website:

  • Main office address change 
  • Branch office address change
  • Close a branch office
  • Open a branch office or reassign branch managers
  • Add or remove a loan officer employees
  • Renew company license
  • Pay renewal fees for loan officers

Note: Any other change requires a paper change form.

Mortgage Lenders/Brokers/Bankers may also:

  • View renewal status of their company
  • View renewal status of the education requirements for loan officers.

Changes and updates requiring fees maybe paid for by using a Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card or ACH payment. This is a secure site that uses the Office of the State Controller's online payment service.
