Licensing Information
Application for New Company License
To apply for a consumer finance license, please complete the online application by clicking on the
"New Application" button below. The application investigation fee will be
- $250 for the company
- $250 for each of the additional branches
This may be paid using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

Branch Application
A new branch application may be submitted online through the
NCCOB Online application.
Other Business Application
An application to conduct other business at the company location may be submitted through the
NCCOB Online application.
Annual Reports
Annual reports are required and are due between January 1st and March 31st. Annual reports may be filed
through our NCCOB Online application.
Annual Assessment Fee
There are no annual licensing renewal requirements. However, there is an annual assessment fee which is
invoiced the first week in July, and is due upon receipt. It is based on the annual report submitted by
the company.
NCCOB Online Access
Visit our NCCOB Online System by clicking the "NCCOB Online Login" link in the navigation menu to the left
and entering your login information.
This system will allow you to:
- Pay assessment fees.
- File an annual report.
- Update general information.
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
